Return window You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for returns To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-returnable items For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as intimate apparel, earrings, or clearance/final-sale items) may not be eligible for return. Any such exclusions will be clearly marked on the product page.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Exchanges If you'd like a different size or color, please contact our support team — we're happy to help arrange an exchange where stock allows.
Damaged or incorrect items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
